Shipping terms and fees

Our products are shipped directly from the factory located in Manresa (Barcelona, Spain). Shipments are made to the Iberian Peninsula* and the Balearic Islands.

Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula: We work with the shipping company Correos Express. Shipments are made in 24-72 hours. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the door, or the tenant of the building will be called to set up an appointment for a new delivery. Shipping costs are free for orders of €35 or over. The shipping cost for orders below €35 will be 2.90€** (IVA included).

Shipments to the Balearic Islands***: Shipping is performed by the company Correos, by means of the services called “Paquete Azul,” or “72 horas”. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of the package:

   40 kg or less   Over 4kg 
Paquete Azul (delivery in about 15 days) 8€ 12€
72-hour delivery (delivery in 3 to 5 workdays) 10€ 15€

*We are currently not making deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, nor Melilla. In order to get our products in the Canary Islands, you can contact our distributors, who will let you know how to proceed. We do not have distributors in Ceuta or in Melilla. Payment options

The following are payment options available for making your purchases:

1. Paypal: You can make a payment using your bank credit card, or directly from your PayPal account, if you have one.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD): The product is sent to the address provided and is charged at the time of delivery by the corresponding shipping company. This payment method has an additional cost of €3.

3. Credit or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000, Maestro española and JCB.

Once the product is selected, and you are ready to process the purchase request, a new page from the banking entity will open, that is protected by an encryption system that guarantees maximum security during the purchase process. On this page, you will be asked to enter your personal information to make the payment (card number, expiration date, security code). Your card information and password stay protected by this security system from the moment they are provided.

Once the identification process has been completed, the banking entity communicates Eva Española S.L. that the cardholder is making the purchase in order to authorize them to complete the purchase. If the identification was not satisfactory, the relay entity will inform Eva Española S.L. so it may proceed accordingly.

This step is outside of the control of Eva Española S.L., and is the responsibility of the banking entity. Eva Española is exempt from responsibility for any incidents that may arise from said entity, and if such a situation occurs, you should contact them directly.
