Return and exchange policy

Cancelling an order:

Clients have the right to cancel any order placed with Eva Española S.L. and have their money reimbursed as long as the cancellation takes place on the same day that the order was placed and that it has not been processed. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed for the full amount of their order.

In cases where the order has already been processed and sent, the client must wait to receive the merchandise and then perform the return of the order. In this case, the shipping costs, both for receipt and return, will be borne by the customer. Once we confirm that the product is sealed and has not been used, the client will be reimbursed immediately for the total amount paid for the product.

Product Returns or Exchanges:

Given the nature of Eva Española S.L.’s products, returns cannot be made if the product has been used by the client, except in cases where the product is defective.

If you make a mistake when placing an order, are not completely satisfied, or you would simply like a different product, return the product in its original condition (packaging, boxes, etc.), in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt of the package. We will proceed with the return of the total amount of purchase minus shipping costs. The client will bear the shipping cost for returns.

Returns should be sent to the following address: Eva Española S.L, Ramon Farguell 60, 08243 Manresa (Barcelona).

If the reason for the return is due to an incorrect or faulty product being shipped, please contact us and provide the order number, product details, and the reason for the return. Costs incurred from the return of a wrong or faulty product will be borne by Eva Española S.L.

Defects, losses, ruptures, or imperfections caused during the shipping of the goods must be listed on the delivery note issued by the shipping company; otherwise, Eva Española should be notified via email at contact@evaprofessional.com no later than 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise. Complaints must provide photographs that justify the defect found.

In this case, Eva Española S.L. will bear all costs for the new shipping, the cost of the new products, and the expenses generated by the pick-up of the faulty product.
